EMPIRE II Launches First Event At Provincial Project Space Kendal Cumbria
Artist curators Rebecca Scott and Mark Woods are launching a new project space in Kendal Cumbria. The ironically named ‘Provincial Project Space’ promises to offer up to four international quality shows each year.
