Luke Willis Thompson 2018 Turner Prize

The Turner Prize returns to Tate Britain for its 34th edition. The prize is awarded to a British artist for an outstanding exhibition or other presentation of their work in the preceding year as determined by a jury.

Tackling pressing issues in society today, the four shortlisted artists for this year are:

Naeem Mohaiemen
Charlotte Prodger
Luke Willis Thompson

The 2018 jury comprises Oliver Basciano, art critic and International Editor at ArtReview; Elena Filipovic, Director, Kunsthalle Basel; Lisa LeFeuvre, Head of Sculpture Studies, Henry Moore Institute; and Tom McCarthy, novelist and writer. The winner of the prize will be announced at an award ceremony in December 2018.

Charlotte Prodger was announced as the winner on 4 December 2018.
