3. Unwelcome Intervention, 2005
In the late summer of 2005, Banksy turned up at the Israeli West Bank barrier leaving behind nine pieces on the wall that separates the country from the landlocked Palestinian territories. Banksy’s parodied the politically volatile situation. Although in an area that is constantly patrolled, the artist’s works were very large in scale.
