Eileen Cooper’s first solo exhibition at The Fine Art Society. The show features new paintings and a series of life study drawings inspired by the English National Ballet’s recent production of Gisellechoreographed by Akram Khan.

The work includes his most recent portrait series, following on from his iconic Lightness of Being of Her Majesty the Queen, She’s Light of Kate Moss and Compassion of The Dalai Lama. The sitters for the new series include the British supermodel Naomi Campbell, the explorer and author Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the fashion designer Paul Smith, and the Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani.
