Minor Attractions is a week-long art fair taking place in London, founded in 2023, that invites global commercial galleries and not-for-profit art spaces. The fair is designed as a space where art and nightlife meet, allowing the swells of international collectors in the city to mingle with the art workers and artists that make the art world tick. Galleries are encouraged to bring exciting and daring work, creating a new context for London’s buzzing art scene. After two years at The Mandrake, the fair is relocating from The Mandrake to The Newman, London’s newest luxury hotel, where it will occupy 16 rooms on the first floor and feature more than 75 exhibitors.

The two fairs return to The Regent’s Park this October, with new curated sections and gallery debuts, spanning millennia of history and the next generation of artists.
Frieze London
Frieze London 2026 puts discovery first, grounding the city as a meeting point for the next generation of artists. Showcasing 172 galleries from 42 countries and regions, this year’s global line-up is anchored by London’s compelling gallery scene and leading international galleries.
Sections include: Artist-to-Artist returning as a cornerstone of Frieze London’s curated programme, supported again by Tiffany & Co., with seven solo presentations by emerging artists chosen by leading international figures Firelei Báez, Jeffrey Gibson, Louise Giovanelli, Ayoung Kim, Otobong Nkanga, Gala Porras-Kim and Yinka Shonibare CBE RA.
The Code Universe is a new curated section organised by Carol Yinghua Lu (director of Beijing’s Inside-Out Art Museum and co-curator of the 19th Istanbul Biennial, 2027) that examines the forces that shape popular culture, bringing together artists from the late-1970s to the present.
Focus is Frieze London’s longstanding curated section dedicated to the young gallery scene.
Editions features limited-edition artworks created by leading international artists, and offers opportunities for new audiences to collect at affordable prices.

With nearly 140 galleries representing 30 countries and regions, Frieze Masters 2026 spans ancient civilisations, Old Master paintings, sculpture and decorative arts, works on paper, modern British and postwar art, the historical arts of Asia and reassessed voices from the 20th century, and is a meeting point for both established and growing audiences to engage with new perspectives and research. The return of Spotlight and Reflections is joined this year by Queering Modernism: Visual Languages of the 20th Century, a new curated section that brings alternative readings of modernity into dialogue with the fair’s wider art-historical scope.
Spotlight highlights pioneering mid-century work from South Asia, South America, Europe, North and West Africa, and East Asia, with a focus on the period from the 1950s to the late 1970s.
Reflections returns for its second edition and draws inspiration from two iconic examples of domestic architecture: Casa Luis Barragán in Mexico City, the late architect’s former home and studio, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, and The Cosmic House in London, the former home of designers and writers Charles and Maggie Jencks.
New for 2026, Queering Modernism is a curatorial thread conceived by German curator Anke Kempkes, woven throughout the fair. Expanding the canon of modernist and postwar art history, the section foregrounds works that engage with queer experience and the representation of LGBTQIA+ subjects, from early modern experimentation to the postmodern art scene of the 1980s.
Frieze Sculpture runs from 16 September to 1 November. London’s free outdoor exhibition will feature 11 international artists including Angel Otero, Conrad Shawcross, Tarini Sethi and Ivana Bašić

Fair Play Art Fair is a brand-new fair that brings together around 70 independent artists at One Marylebone for four days this October. Meet the artists, see their work up close and, if something grabs your attention, buy it directly from the person who made it. An independent Selection Committee has chosen every artist exhibiting at Fair Play for the quality of their work, not their ability to pay for exhibition space.
This opens the fair to artists beyond the usual commercial routes, providing a broader yet still curated view of art being made today. A sense of play runs through the whole fair, with live performance, music, artist-led events, food, drink and late-night programming drawing you through One Marylebone and into the evening.
